Engine Adds Key Senior Staff Position to Growing Team

I am excited to announce today that Rachel Wolbers has joined our team as Engine’s new Policy Director. Rachel will focus on developing Engine’s top policy priorities, engaging directly with lawmakers to promote startup interests in Washington, and leading the expansion of our growing policy team.

Rachel is a veteran in technology policy, with deep experience in government and the private sector. Most recently, she was a Director for TwinLogic Strategies, where she managed policy advocacy for some of the nation’s leading tech companies. Before that, she was Legal Counsel for Congressman Blake Farenthold, where she handled the Congressman’s Judiciary Committee portfolio.

As tech policy issues gain more prominence in DC, it’s critical that we have someone with Rachel’s dedication, passion, and expertise representing the startup voice in government. Her track record of effective advocacy on tech issues makes her the perfect person to lead Engine’s continued expansion in Washington.

While she’ll be based in DC, she’s eager to work with startup communities throughout the country and will ensure that policymakers from every state will prioritize the needs of our nation’s innovators and entrepreneurs.

Please join me in welcoming Rachel to the team!
